This is the greatest experience I've ever had from a body shop. Referred to me by my mechanic in Novato, Francisco said come right over. He fixed my dent right on the spot within 5 minutes. It was a corner bumper situation where he had to apply heat and do some creative artwork on it.

I took my car in for rust repair and a respray of the affected panels. The rust was a grim bit of history I learned after buying the car. The original estimate came in over $1,600.00. Such is life, I told Larry and Francisco to "just fix it."
They did. The car looks like new. You can't tell where any work was done. The bill? It came in about $500.00 under what was estimated. Now, when was the last time you ever heard of a repair being less than the estimate?
These guys are honest and probably closer to artists in what they achieve in body repair. They are the best.

Francisco and his team are awesome. Super nice guys. The true test of any business is how they respond when something unexpected happens.
There was an issue blending the clear coat on our metallic paint. I couldn't notice it but my wife did. I took it back a few weeks later and his whole team came out to look it over with me. They all remembered the car and had real pride in their work. The next morning Francisco called me and said he would fix no charge, no complaints. His quote: "happy wife, happy life" ;-)
Ps - I should note when I first came to Francisco's shop he was straightening the bumper of an elderly man who had been in a fender bender (and looked like he needed it fixed before his wife saw it). The man asked Francisco how much, he told him no charge. The man was truly touched.

In usually don't "pile on" with a review when I see that all the prior reviewers gave 5 star ratings. But, Francisco is exceptional, and deserves another 5 star rating. He does quality work, and no one can come close to his pricing.
He has done work on my wife's car, and this week my BMW X4. I obtained estimates for both jobs from other body shops, and no one even came close. He keeps his overhead low so he can run circles around the competition. I wouldn't think about using another shop.

Francisco, co-owner, is such a good communicator and knows how to fix high-end cars. He did a major $23k repair on my Jaguar F-Pace, as well as my Range Rover Sport.

I was really pleased with the service I received here. I went in because our mazda had a dent in the rear bumper.
Francisco gave me a reasonable estimate to fix it properly, but he also said that he would be happy to try to do that thing where they just try to pop it back out. He was totally up front with me that it might not work but offered it as an option. After talking with my husband about it, we decided we might as well try it, so I went back.
He squeezed me in without an appointment, and they were able to get the bumper looking almost like new. They did it quickly, professionally and didn't even charge me for it. On top of that, they are super friendly and the shop is clearly well organized and well managed.
They seem very ethical and their work looks great. Of course, you hope you don't need this type of work done, but if/when we do, this is where we will come back.

I went to D and K for some body repair--the first time I've ever needed any such work--because of its great Yelp reviews. I wasn't disappointed.
They handled the work in a timely way, despite some difficulty getting the right parts, and Francisco made dealing with our insurance company easy. As many reviewers have noted, they also went the extra mile, touching up some minor damage to our paint at no extra cost, and calling my attention to some needed windshield repairs (which they don't handle).

Not everybody can be the best, but pretty sure Francisco and D & K are the BEST!
Took my beat up 2011 Audi Q5 in for a fairly big claim, and got a very reasonable quote on bunch of unrelated but really unsightly scratches and dents all over the other side of car and the quote was great so i went for it.
Could not believe my EYES last night picking up what looks like a totally new car!!!! Best deal ever and felt very lucky. Thank you very much Francisco and D & K!!!

If you read my reviews here on Yelp! you will see a common thread amongst them. I talk about an 'Human element' or a more old fashioned 'made in america' kind of business ethic. Well, that stands true for Larry and Francisco's Collision Repair Shop.
From the moment they look at your car on estimate to the moment you pick it up -- It's a painless, simple process. And the work? Jeez guys -- flawless indeed. I really can't tell at all. Superior work. I have a great big smile on my face walking to my car and seeing it back to brand new quality -- just such an amazing job guys.
And, their business principles are the best around. A solid understanding of what the customer needs without being excessive in cost, labor and materials. Every other body shop on that block (I went to 5 of them) wanted to replace my entire fender which was hardly damaged. D&K's crew preserved the panel cutting down on several expenses in the process and came within a wholly reasonable end price.
This is the way you build customer relationship folks. Because you know what? Where other places would have gotten all my money ONLY once. D&K will continue to get my business over a lifetime. Not only from me but, from ALL the friends, family and coworkers I'll send their way ..and hopefully, I never have to be back there myself. But, if I do? YEah... - you know it. I'll be back without question.

Going to get your damaged car fixed is never a wonderful experience. It's stressful, however the excellent communication and top shelf courtesies that have been demonstrated during both of my experiences (which happened when my car was parked) were phenomenal!
The second time I went to them I was leaving on a vacation for my 40th birthday. It was a time crunch for me with my personal work schedule and a crunch for them to get it done. Well guess what! The owner made it happen and waited until after hours (not by much, but still, another courtesy) and made it work for me. I was so grateful, relieved and stress free when I left.
The manner in which Francesco handles his business is amazing and was extremely appreciated! It clearly shows that he truly cares about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his clients.
